Junk offender: Microsoft Office web apps
I like to keep Windows 10 free from Microsoft junk – unwanted preinstalled apps, Start menu adverts, and so on. So, imagine my surprise when I booted up one of my test PCs (which has a clean copy of Windows 10 and nothing else), only to discover its Start menu was full of Microsoft Office programs. I’ve nothing against Office, but I’d never installed it on this PC. What was it doing there?
