Ingredients:
400g shell mussels
18 prawns with shells, deveined
400g chicken breast, sliced
100g chorizo, sliced
4 cups rice, boiled
1 red pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
80g mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 cup peas
2 tbs chilli flakes
1 tbs smoked paprika
1/2 tbs cayenne pepper
1 tbs fresh oregano
1 tbs fresh parsley
1 tbs fresh thyme
1 tbs coarse black pepper
4 tbs olive oil
salt to taste
Method:
Boil the rice until almost done or tender. Strain and set aside.
In a paella pan, add the olive oil, chopped garlic, chilli flakes and chorizo.
